Expressionism

The exhibition gathers paintings on the theme of Expressionism, which we have on offer in our gallery. In addition to works from various creative phases of Ernst Ludwig Kirchner as the focus, landscapes, still lifes and portraits of other artists of the artist group Brücke but also positions such as Hans Purrmann and Eduard Bargheer are represented in the exhibition. The exhibition is on permanent display in our exhibition rooms in Wichtrach/Bern and is regularly supplemented and renewed by a changing hanging.
