Annette Gigon and Mike Guyer laid the foundation for their impressive career 30 years ago with the Kirchner Museum. The exhibition sheds light on the history of its creation, pays tribute to the special features of the building, and takes a look behind the scenes.

To allow the architecture to be enjoyed in all its glory, one exhibition hall remains completely empty. The empty exhibition hall serves as a source of inspiration and a stage for the renowned artist Tino Sehgal.
