Alfonso Hüppi's work, which spans almost 70 years, can be described as singular. Constructive-concrete elements alternate with organic-amorphous forms, conceptual work cycles are replaced by intuitive works. Hüppi's work combines a wide variety of forms, materials and techniques, from sculpture and drawing to installation and painting.
The exhibition "Alfonso Hüppi. Falten Klappen Knautschen" takes a look back and focuses on the sculptural work with wood and paper works.
